		<description>Great post! We wrote a similar post a few weeks ago but you touched on a lot of different issues we didn&#039;t get to mention. I think ultimately what it comes doen to is if you can afford to pay more upfront, you will save in the long run, plus get exactly what you want in a home with a lot more options.</description>
